My TiVo found TiVo AG0100 item with no problem. Once plugged in, you simply click the TiVo setup and input your settings. It 'found' other WiFi in my neighborhood, so I advise using encryption and set your gateway to 'non-broadcasting'. MAC is on bottom of unit, so adding it to my encrypted WiFi was no problem. If you have a laptop on an encrypted WiFi, you will find TiVo AG0100 easy. Comes with enough USB wire to make it easy to find best location and TiVo gives you an on screen signal meter. Very nice.

I have been subscribing to home phone service for a year and a half just so I could use Tivo. This was incredibly easy to install and set up and I was able to cancel my home phone service. I highly recommend this for anyone who is thinking of discontinuing their phone, but has a Tivo.
