hi willow here [mscse pc tec 14 years]Sabrent TV-ATSC TV Tuner PCI Card is the most worthless card i have ever seen cant find chanels cant play video only tec suport is in china not toll free by the way just not at all worth your time. I instaled on barand new pc so not the system Sabrent TV-ATSC TV Tuner PCI Card is the card/software DO NOT BUY i wasted my time and money on Sabrent TV-ATSC TV Tuner PCI Card one (sry tigerdirect not blameing you)

If it's cheap you want; then cheap you'll get! This will work with vista but I doubt if you will ever get the remote to work. I could not, and I have 20+ years in computers tech support. I have tried two cards, three remotes and two different software pkgs from sabrent. Sabrent and the software provider Blaze Video are still in kindergarden and still have a lot of learning to do. If your time is worth anything, pass this up. If you got plenty of time and can be satisfied with a less than fully functioning card then maybe try it. Tiger performs in their usual top flight fashion. Sabrent has more excuses but no solutions!! Support is non existent. you gotta e-mail Sabrent and you may not get a reply. I am running on a quadcore, vista home prem, one terrabyte, and three gb ram, cable tv. I do not have HD tv so I can not comment on this aspect. It comes with NO instructions of anykind. Install first then read the caveats!!

Sabrent equals trash! I have three sabrent cards in three computers. Two running XP and one vista. Do not think that if you pay more you will get more. You only get more problems. Tech support is in china and the software provider (Blazevideo) will deny responsability. If you only expect basic tv then the cheaper ones might install and offer you the ability to see tv on your pc, but do not expect any reliability, and do not expect all features to work. The better quality one is a real mess as the remote will not work (in a new quad core machine), nor will the features perform any way near the advertised fashion. After one month of trying to work it out with the manufactor and the software supplier I returned it and Tiger to the rescue. Tiger always will take care of their customers! Sabrent is a joke. Blazevideo is a joke and their tech support in calif is a joke! I have many many years in tech support and could not make these cards work as advertised, accepted what was doable.

well. Put it this way, anything that require less then 10 minutes of time to install it and do the job for me is a good item. And Sabrent TV-ATSC TV Tuner PCI Card is.

I guess if your too stupid to upgrade to Vista or don't have media center, then yes this product would be worthless. enough with the sarcasm, this hardware is great and is really all you should be looking for, most software that comes with stuff like this is crap, don't base the product on ArcSoft(worst software maker EVER) or any other3rd party software maker, try it, Sabrent TV-ATSC TV Tuner PCI Card is cheap and its hardware, its not like you buy a tv card for its bundled software :
