It worked fine for me. The ClearQAM download, available on their website, DOES work (Well, I might add). However, the company also admits (on their site) that audio does not sync with video when using it through Windows Media Center. They said it's a known issue and there is no current fix at Pinnacle PCTV HD PCI Card time. How lame is that? Also, every so often, the TV would simply cut out - you would have to change channels to get it to come back. In the end, I returned Pinnacle PCTV HD PCI Card product.

I am using Vista Premium. I had some problems with the initial install and after reinstalling the drivers it started working. Not very friendly with Windows Media Center as it fails after running for a while.

Product definitely does not work with MCE 2005. Pinnacle seems to have known about this for some time and apparently has no intentions to fix the situation. The beta clear QAM software does seem to work pretty well in XP Pro, but if you are running MCE 2005 don't waste your money. I've since replaced this card with a Hauppage HVR 1800 which works beautifully.

Software doesn't work at all, technical support is the absolute worst out of any customer service I've ever had at ANYTHING.
