I Love Neo-Flex LCD Arm Mount mount for my 19'' Monitor. Never had to adjust the tightness on any of the bolts. I've been using Neo-Flex Arm Mount Daily for 2 systems (using a KVM) over 6 months now, and couldn't be happier except for the price. If they'd drop it by $10-$20.00 I'd have to buy more asap. I therefore dropped 1 star on value.

I was initially shocked that Neo-Flex LCD Arm Mount was smaller than I thought Neo-Flex Arm Mount was before I ordered it. That must be a small 17'' or even a 15'' in the pictures. It's still big enough and reaches where I need it to. The rotation and movement is really good and the locking up and down movement (the circular piece on the second joint from the base) is really strong.A word of advice: as I was attaching it to my monitor, I read that you can reduce the tension of the joints with the enclosed allan keys. If you have a heavier 19+'' LCD, don't bother. They pretty much come nice and tight and good. The only one I'd recommend loosening is the first rotation point up from the base. I ended up retightening all the others that I loosened.Now I want to get a second monitor just to have another one of these things on my desk.

When I recieved this arm-I was surprised at the weight and quality of the arm.Using this instead of the stand included with the LCD monitors makes for a rock solid stablity not seen with the stands.I had figured that the arm would extend about 14'' to the front-but measuring after I recieved Neo-Flex LCD Arm Mount is 18''.I will be buying another one of these's for my other LCD monitor.

Great stand. I work at Office Depot and the same product costed 189 at the time. Humerously enough, since I've received my stand, the one at work dropped to 99 bucks, but since I got it for 79 with only a few dollars shipping, I saved. It didn't go quite as high as I imagined it would go and it certainly didn't support the weight of my 20 inch samsung 203 syncmaster (that thing is heavy as crap, though.)I wanted to mount a monitor ABOVE my dual 22's, then tilt it forward 45 degrees. I had to mount it to a bookshelf BEHIND my desk, to get it high enough to do so. Also, it doesn't provide the flexability like Moview's boom arm... I can't tilt it very easily to show someone something, or rotate it quickly to see something sideways. At least not without making adjustments, having it sag a little then retightening everything. In the end, it does Neo-Flex LCD Arm Mount is job, was a great price and I'm happy now that I have what I call the ''Swordfish movie'' monitor setup. lol
