Just got it but the camcorder won't record ! I'll give JVC the benefit of doubt and bring it in for service. The strange thing is the Warranty card mentions that JVC GZMG21 HDD Camcorder is covered specifically in the US ! (I bought it from the canadian web site). I'll keep you posted...

I ordered JVC GZMG21 HDD Camcorder less than 24 hours ago and it already came! And i paid for standard shipping! The cam works perfectly and the vids are great quality. All you have to do is rename the .MOD extenion to .mpg and the videos will play on any media player and if the files are to big just convert them to XviD or another codec to lower the file size.But anyways thanks TigerDirect for the great product and shipping!
