Great budget laptop. I give it a poor rating in both value and quality because it really lacks. When i got it i used a bottle of super glue to keep some pieces from falling off. Obviously the original problem was in the hard drive because when they replaced it (re certified) they forgot to actually screw the hard drive in. 2 months after i got it the hard drive just fell out. Also when i got it the left speaker didnt work. Like i said... Gateway M-1622 Refurbished Notebook is a budjet laptop
