So far, i'm worried! When I initially powered up the device, everything was fine. 12 hours later, I was unable to get phone reception. My service provider said Blackberry Pearl 8110 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone was a device problem, and the Blackberry customer service people didn't know what was wrong with it. I've initiated the exchange program with Tigerdirect. We'll see how Blackberry Pearl 8110 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone adventure turns out.

I bought Blackberry Pearl 8110 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone product at a cell phone store instead of on tiger direct and I regret it. This is the worst cell phone that I have ever owned. After a few months it started having software issues and the company would not fix it. It has since literally fallen apart. Talk about dropped calls-it happens all the time!
