I had to return my first computer because it had audio interference issues that could not be resolved. The second computer could not connect to the video camera. After I rebooted the system it did work. I now have two Vista related problems. First, vista wants some sort of IR reciever to be attached to my cable box so it can control the TV signal. Second, Vista is not recognizing my Skype headset nor my mic so I cannot use the video camera communication function. Averatec's support is abismal. So I will have to work out these problems offline. Tiger Direct was excellenct during both the purchase and return of the computer.
