Built XFX GeForce 8200 Barebone Kit Barebone kit as my first build, and all I have to say is WOW. All went together with no problems at all. The motherboard is great and has a lot of overclocking settings. overclocked the processor to 3.0GHZ and still running very stable. Switched the graphics card to my 7950GT OC card, which from searching online found to perform much better than the 8500GT bundled with XFX GeForce 8200 kit. The case is really cheap but what do you expect for a $25 case, as long as it holds everything together. The PSU is not the greatest from what I hear online, so plan on changing that. Other than that this kit is a great kit and recommend to those building a gaming PC on a budget.

I used this barebone for my first build. Everything went together without a glitch. Shipping was fast... took 2 days. I run Adobe CS3 and can have Illustrator and Photoshop running at the same time, lightning fast! Most definitely one of the best values there is. Thank you TigerDirect.

Case itself came broken like many complaints below.The entire front had been broken off with the addition of cosmetic damage in scratches on the top.as for other packing details, MOBO case came bent, 2GB crucial RAM card came slightly dented and bent, and the box itself was barely held together.Tried to set up case to test mobo, cpu, GC, exc. system failed to boot up.I think the MOBO they sent may have been damaged.If you are certain about buying this bones kit, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE invest in a new case. I beg you. spend another 20 bucks and get a good one...And As for the Plus side? The price is fantastic if you receive everything in fine and working condition, as for me i will be giving tiger direct another call and most likely send back the entire barebones kit for another one hopefully less broken.

Ordered it. Case came with a busted power button. I was pretty mad. I put it all together, plugged it in and tried turning it on. Seen the light on the board lit up so I knew there was power running through, Power button just wouldn't turn it on though.Something else is wrong with it as well. No matter what I do, monitor won't pick up the board and it's constantly beeping at me. Not sure what's causing the beep cause I've gone over it and looked at it numerous times and everything is in place. Sometimes it'll turn on then the monitor goes blank and then I can't get it to run again.Anyone that knows why, email me at thndrandlitning5@gmail.com.And I know what I'm doing cause this isn't the first one I've built.

I purchased 2 of these systems to make Gamer Systems for my friends. All products were shipped and arrived in excellent condition, and worked great. The only difficulty I had was getting raid 0/1 to work correctly; tech support at XFX was quick to respond, but unable to get it working. A new board revision has identified the SATA ports required for raid are now white, not black/unmarked. These systems easily O/C to 3.0 and 3.1 gigHz no problem, with Thermaltake MaX orb cooling fan. Note: the CPU vent on the case needs to be removed for this cooler.My friends get 50-60+ fps in WOW with max settings and COD4 runs like a champ!Recent follow-up to XFX website I have noticed many improvements to make it easier for customers to get help, and the correct downloads.
