I researched for weeks before deciding on Visiontek Radeon X1550 256MB PCI card. I have an HP a1110n with integrated video and had no clue what I needed. The ''tech'' people at the local stores only added to my confusion. Visiontek Radeon X1550 256MB PCI site explained what I needed to look for, PCI, AGP, PCI-e slots. I received the card and installed and had it running in a very short time. I am amazed at the difference. I am very pleased with this card and my daughter is also very excited about it. We play World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, City of Heros and other games and it has made such a dramatic difference in the appearence of the games. My fps has doubled and even tripled over what I had. I would recommend this product to everyone that is looking for a reasonably priced video card. I would also recommend TigerDirect to all my friends.

Value? Absolutely! Displays really well on my 32in LCD TV. I would not use this for extensive gaming and graphics. BSODs after 10min of Flight Simulator X and hangs on GTA Vice City and my PSX emulator. Don't browse Google Earth too quickly either, it too causes it to hang. Doesn't take much to overheat this guy. I've since upgraded to the Radeon HD 4870

outperformed my geforce fx 5500 128 mb ddr. Ran games way better. no more lag or glitchy graphics. My fps improved a lot. Very good card if you only have a PCI slot like me.

i bought one of this video cards and from day 1 had problems with it i have 5 computers i have tried to install it in all of them and have had the same problem with it. all of them run slower and will in the middle of any thank say on the monter that it has no single. visiontek will not take the card back. i also have on kinda like this but a 512 and have the same problems with it i woudld not recmend it
