the phone itself is very quality built. Phone is scratch free from daily use. Signal Strength is amazing in Sony Ericsson K550i Cyber-Shot GSM Cell Phone phone comparing to other motorolas, sanyo's, samsung's i have tested. The name ''cybershot'' is misnamed i believe. It has a good quality built in camera, but dark environment shots look grainy and no way to avoid that. Daytime shots seems pretty good and coparable to many average quality digital cams. The music player is very basic, but the navigation and listening options are hassle free. FM radio with RDS, yet another pro .... The phone is pocket friendly and i would recomend for any average-little above average users. Works no problem with ATT/Cingular and T-Mobile.

I have had Sony Ericsson K550i Cyber-Shot GSM phone for about six months. It's a nice phone, but when in use it gets extremely hot and will sometimes shut down. The battery doesn't last very long either. It takes good photos in bright lighting, but gets grainy with poor lighting. The music player is awesome and the radio works great too. But it gets poor reception. (Not the service providers fault. I have never had a problem in the past)

I completely LOVE this phone! The music recognition has spoiled me to no end, being able to caputre 5 seconds of a song and it brings back the artist,title, and album in seconds (10-15). I have had this phone for over a year, got it when i was Deployed and it has made it through that and countless drops. Great reception everwhere oustide. Inside thick walled buildings signal degrades (as do all). The camera is the only weak point in this otherwise FANTASTIC value phone. I give the cameraa 3.6/5 the phone in every other aspect 4.8/5. It does ocassionally freeze and restarts, but you dont loose anything just a minor annoyance. Has happend to me maybe half a dozen times in about 14 months.

I love sony ericsson phones, this is my third sony phone i've had the t610, s700i and now this one,this is my fav by all means, it has everything i need in it. I will only stick with sony ericsson.

This phone is a great buy. Great features and camera. Only drawback is the small keys and service can jump around sometimes, normally due to service providers not so much the phone. Doesn't show scratches from day to day use. Great phone all together. BUY IT NOW!
