I bought the Shuttle XPC Glamor, with the Core 2 Quad 2.40 chip. After adding two PC 6400 (800 megahertz) dual channel memory sticks. Philips DVD burner, SATA. 500 Gig, ATA hard drive. And (even though the video on board is awesome,) Nivida 8500 GT (512 DDR 2) video card. I installed XP Pro. Shuttle SG31G2 & C2Q Q6600 2.40GHz OEM is the most quiet, fast system I've ever owned. You don't need a processor fan. The case has a processor fan built in it. And the motherboard is already installed. The only important information to remember is the processor paste. (Or grease.) I'd recommmend Shuttle SG31G2 & C2Q Q6600 2.40GHz OEM to any multi-tasking person. Or gamer. I do both. No problems. No lock ups. The surround sound is the best I've ever heard on a computer system. The driver CD's are easy to install. No hassles. The only thing I had to buy was a second ATA cable. Only one ATA cable on this system. Guess Tiger thinks you're only going to use one ATA cable. Has many IDE cables. You want super speed? Go with ATA or SATA componets.
