TV works great and for the money is a good TV. Just purchased and I hope to get many years of usage.TV shipped and arrived quick while box was slightly damaged the packing kept TV from damage Thumbs up to Spectra for good packing. Thumbs down to UPS for poor handling of fragile merchandise. I was lucky TV was ok in box.

I have bought 2 of these, first one had a group of dead pixels, and Sceptre did not want to do anything so Tigerdirect took it back and got me a new one. I figured the first was a fluke so I got one for my father, after a month it died. We contacted the company again, no help, then would not return our calls. Tiger took it back and issued a refund. I love Tiger Direct, but do not buy Sceptre X32BV-Naga 32" HDTV TV.

Good price, nice features BUT - after owning Sceptre X32BV-Naga 32" HDTV exact model for just a few months I've developed LCD Image-Persistence on the right side. Now, just about all sources will tell you that LCD's (unlike plasmas) usually will relax to their default positions & the images will go away but I have had no such luck. Beware this brand! And Sceptre will be of NO help with this issue, warranty or otherwise.

Got TV on Oct 28th 08 plugged everything in turned on TV nothing black screen.uplugged power to tv then plugged power back it TV works so i decided to turn tv off then turn on again no go.TV is going back to tiger very disaapointed

Enjoy the TV. However, there are two things that really bug me. First is that you get the word SPECTRE in big, bold, red letters. Who need to be reminded of the brand every time you turn the TV on. The second is color adjustment. I've had a great deal of difficulty fine tuning the color. Can't get the red adjusted properly. Called Spectre, and they refused to be of any help.
