I like SanDisk Sansa e250 2GB MP3/MP4 Player Refurbished MP3 better than the iPod. It has a better quality feel to it. The screen is clear and easy to read and the quality of sound is great. I'd buy a little better quality earbuds that those that come with it but the OEM sounds good too.

I am giving SanDisk Sansa e250 2GB MP3/MP4 Player player 5 stars, it is a great player for the money, works great, and looks great! However, be aware it DOES NOT come will all the items it says it does in the description i.e.:What's In The Box Sansa e200 Series Player (of course the player is in there)Travel pouch and lanyard (not included)Stereo headphones (are included)Lithium Ion rechargeable battery (included)USB cable (included)Quick Start Guide, CD with User Guide, & additional flyer inserts (none of these are included)You can download the user guide and media converter for free, just be aware, they are not ''in the box''.

This is an amazing Mp3 player! It's a lot bigger than shown, and feels nice. The scroll wheel is really awesome, you can scroll really fast and easy.There might have been comments about the sound. There are 2 sound settings, normal and high. Both could make you deaf (just joking, but they are LOUD). Many people don't know, but when listening to a song, the scroll wheel controls the volume. It's set half way, just scroll it to the less amount for the quietest sound. You can also put the equalizer down for ever quieter sound. This player can play videos, and you can watch pictures while listening to your music. It has a really really good voice recorder in it also.The only bad thing is that my radio station I'd listen to is 88.3, and the lowest it goes to is 87.4 or something like that. But all well. It's SO worth the money.

While I do have a couple problems with this media player, it's the most affordable, most stable media player I ever used. My problems, in case you're curious, include having to go through some Google search to find out why my computer didn't recognise the device and how to get video files to show up and play correctly on the device, but I solved these problems pretty quickly, and I have already converted a single episode from the first season of Heroes. Basically, the Sansa plays Quicktime videos, which are MOV and MP4 files. For the most part, the videos look good, but they're tiny, so the Sansa is more of a music player than a general media player. Don't get me wrong, though, the video playback is superb. A word of warning, though. The battery life is *not* long if you're watching videos. It's much longer if you don't use the display often. To recharge the battery, just plug the device up to a computer via USB.

Very good MP3 player for the price. At least to me, the sound quality with the stock earbuds is very good (some people criticize that, but I'm no expert and just enjoyed it). The device itself feels very good quality in construction and design, and has worked without any glitches (if anybody has any concern about refurbished items, forget it. They're just as good as new, only without the nice retail box). This MP3 is absolutely perfect for me, I spent only a fraction of the cost of an iPod, or even a new MP3, and got the same quality.
