The printer arrived last week, and replaced an Okidata. It's a great printer, and nearly everything worked right out of the box! We did have to do a little configuring for system specific printing, but the print quality is far superior to what we had. Thanks!

Good value, printer replaces a Lexmark 3350X( (inkjet) Now I will not have a color printer, but I will always have a working printer!Shipping was fast, I've got the printer in less than a week, with no problems. Great value and Samsung quality! I looked at other 4 in 1 lasers for twice the cost, Samsung SCX-4521FG Multi-function Mono Laser one actually out preforms the more expensive models.

Windows XP users be aware that the Windows installer will stop installation due to a missing file. Go to the Microsoft website or follow the link below:http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301 Download the Window install Clean up file. After installed open and remove only the hpsdpappcoreapp.msi file and Samsung SCX-4521FG Multi-function Mono Laser will fix the problem.
