I am running WIndows XP Media Center. The card is not recognized by Media Center. I had some difficulty in the beginning. The setup cd prompted to choose which chipset I had (Phillips) and then loaded the 7130 driver with TVExpert. Wasnt too impressed with TVExpert so I found WinDVR on Pirate Bay. At one point I had no sound, and then I had sound when no software was running. I ended up unistalling, then manually selecting drivers off the cd. I used the 713x drivers. Turns out there is also another software application, I think called TVR, on the disc which worked also. It looked like it had more features. I am using WinDVR still. I've used the card to record a couple tv shows (Chuck and Heroes) using the best quality setting and Sabrent TV Tuner/Capture TV-PCIRC was very good. No problems with sound sync or anything. I also used it to take video off a VCR using the composite connection and audio in jack. I am satisfied with quality. I havent gone digital yet so Sabrent TV Tuner/Capture TV-PCIRC works for me.

I have not been using Sabrent TV Tuner/Capture TV-PCIRC card very long and it stinks! The picture quality is terrible and it is not recognized by visa media center. On top of it I plugged up everything just the way it should be and it wont transmit the audio data to the on board sound card. On top of it the remote does not work and the software is constantly re updating the TV channel list so Sabrent TV Tuner/Capture TV-PCIRC will flip to channel 2 and stay there until it is done flipping through the channels. The card also came without one screw on the metal pci slot cover so the card was wiggling around when I popped it in. Don't buy this card.

few day later i got it and installed,then it's work fine i see the pics but no tune and i dont see anymovies and i try to press the remote control and stay there one channel one and wont go nothings,that waste my money for nothing that not working at all....everythings it's look good but not working.
