Not sure why, but when I installed the GeForce 5200 the CD driver software kept telling me that the card was not installed, even though PNY GeForce 5200 256MB was in my device manager. I went to GeForce's web site which is the PNY web site and finally, after much searching was able to find the driver and managed to download it. Had nothing but problems getting the display right AND tech support for PNY GeForce 5200 256MB product is horrible. The PNY web site is extremely confusing and was no support at all with my issues. I had to call PNY for tech support and you actually have to leave a message for someone to call you back.... they did, a day later and I have yet to be able to talk with anyione from tech suport while I am at my computer....very very frustrating...not happy with PNY GeForce 5200 256MB card...not happy
