Had it up and running in just a few minute. I live outside Atlanta and get over 20 channels. Video quality is perfect. I'd recommend it.

The drivers were simple to install. I simply opened up Vista Media Center and select live TV. After a short Media Center setup process I was watching TV. I live out ''in the sticks'' (a couple miles outside of Fowlerville, MI) and I get 5, sometimes 6, channels crystal clear. The product materials don't feel of the highest quality and the instructs are poorly translated, but it performs as advertised with only the supplied equipment.

I did my research and thought I found a winner. Unfortunately Plextor PX-HDTV500U-NA product does not work well. I had no problem installing the driver software and setting it up was done in 10 minutes. However, after several attempts of trying to get good reception I got static, or the picture would come up and it would freeze then start broadcasting again. I wish I didn't spend my money on Plextor PX-HDTV500U-NA product. I urge everyone to keep looking for a better product. My plextor is sitting unused on the side of my PC.

I opened the package and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I live in the far southwest suburbs of Chicago and, with the antenna supplied pointing through a concrete wall, I get about 28 channels. The HDTV channels are absolutely vivid on my 19 inch LCD monitor. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and ease of installation of this product!

Easy instal, simple to use software, recording is a breeze. HD pic is great using an AMD 2.6 GHZ 64 bit chip. Not really anything I can say negative about it at all.
