Great price, the screen resolution is a bit low... But fair. I've only used it to upload to the internal memory which is a great feature (you don't need to have a memory card in it all the time).The menus fairly straightforward though they look like a commodore-64..A nice feature would be an internal timer so you could set when it comes on and off (I've seen Pandigital 7.0" WideScreen Digital Photo Frame on more expensive models though)All in all a decent unit, I'm happy with the purchase.

I am also having trouble with my memory cards working. I have a usb flash stick that works great, but my SD memory cards will not work at all.

I really thought hard about Pandigital 7.0" Digital Photo Frame purchase because of the very mixed reviews online that I read while researching this product. I purchased it for my wife because she works at in office that doesn't allow the work computer to be used in any personal manner at all. Enter this digital media picture frame. It does it all and much better than some of the reviews had stated. All the features worked perfectly the first time and continue to work a few weeks later. My only real complaint is that the resolution is a little low for the price but my wife didn't complain so alls well that ends well. She instantly uploaded photos, videos and mp3's onto a 2gig card, inserted that into the frame, and away it went to her office!!! Highly suggest!!!

I have had a problem with it reading my memory card.I was able to get it once to show a slide show but I have not been able to get it to play a video or get any sound from it.I called for help but he tried to help and he never got it to work and said he said he would call back and its been 4 days.The real problem is they want take returns.So its buy as is thing.VERY UNHAPPY
