Pandigital 11" Digital Frame is the best frame I've found for the money. Easy to use setup features. I have Pandigital 11" Digital Frame in my lobby for customers to see my solid edge training and teamcenter express implementation services. It's great advertisement and keeps people entertainined, along with showing off capability.

THE TIMER DOES NOT WORK! I just spend a 1/2 hour on the phone with Pandigital Tech Support. The first time I called they didn't believe me, so I tried exchanging. The 2nd model had the same issues. The clock does not work in slideshow mode when you set the delay between slides to 60seconds or more. Nor does the timer work. I bought this model specifically for the timer. If you're looking for a bare-bones frame that plays photos, it's not bad, but it's clearly faulty - quality control is obviously not a priority. DON'T BUY THIS FOR THE TIMER.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift; when I set it up, I was very disappointed in the resolution. I use a professional Canon, digital camera and Adobe Photoshop software. With this combination, I can enlarge small portions of pictures to at least 8 by 10 inches and produce high-quality, detailed, sharp pictures. Those same pictures look terrible on this product. I will be returning it.

I bought it as Christmas gift for myself and I am still very pleased. I'm not a heavy-duty fancy user but I do crop and process my pictures (even make them smaller, email-size) before I transfer them to an SD card and they are displayed crystal clear. It is not the cheapest model but I like it. As mentioned earlier, the stand is a little flimsy. I hung mine on the wall. I find buttons are slightly difficult to use when the unit is hung on the wall.

The worst product I have ever seen. One relatively new Dell computer could not even recognize the unit as a valid USB device. When we managed to load pictures, the quality was terrible. A picture of a brown fox looked yellow. You could actually see the pixilation of every straight edge. Every picture we tried looked great on a standard computer LCD display. I would expect a products who's sole purpose is to display pictures to have performed to even the basics. Both units have been returned.
