Navigon Universal TouchScreen Protector is truly THE WORST item I have purchased in the last 5 years. Thank God I only paid $10 for it. The thin plastic sheets which are intended to cover and protect the front screen of your GPS have stickers on them - which, when peeled off, leave a gummy, sticky residue which cannot be removed. Desite using ''Goop Off'' in an attempt to remove the residue, I only made the sticky mess worse. I threw mine away. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DON'T BUY Navigon Universal TouchScreen Protector!

I must agree with the other reviewers. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong since I had the gooey sticky stuff on my screen, but I tried twice reading directions carefully, and it's just stuck there with no way to remove it. As much as I love my Navigon 7100, I would like to protect it, but this looks tacky with the glue left behind.

Don't buy this crap unless you like trying to remove glue residue from plastic. Totally worthless. I wouldn't let it near the screen on my Garmin 650. This is the only item I have ever bought from Tiger that is absolute junk. I'm usually quite satisfied with their stuff. Gary N9ZSV

It's amazing how many people can't follow simple instructions to remove the protective plastic sheet from the protector. They somehow try to remove an instruction label from the plastic sheet without realizing they have to remove the entire sheet. Sheesh... these are the same people that need instructions to remove their clothes from their body before they try to iron them. Anyway, although this works great as a screen protector and I give it a 5 for that the problem is that it has a glossy surface. So when they say it reduces glare that is BS - it makes it worse. See if you can find another brand that is better otherwise for $5 it is a good value cause you get 4 protectors.

What a steal, $99 for a top of the line GPS. This replaced a Magellan Roadmate 300 I bought over three years ago refurb'd for $350, still working. The new GPS worked exactly as advertized, including blue tooth with my cell phone. All original release review problems have been fixed with the latest software rev. I didn't update the map since I haven't seen an immediate need thus far. Thanks Tiger
