While Mustang 92" Diag. 16:9 Electric Projection Screen was not first obvious that the screen had arrived damaged, once Mustang 92" Diag. 16:9 Electric Projection Screen was installed and activated, the damage became evident. The screen was bent slightly, so the housing had buckled slightly, but even worse, the drum that holds the screen wobbled as it turned, and the motor made a griding noise once per revolution. Mustang 92" Diag. 16:9 Electric Projection Screen also caued a lot of tension on the screen since the drum was not straight, and 2 severe ''waves'' were present in the viewable area of the screen when it was lowered. I blame the UPS carrier for Mustang 92" Diag. 16:9 Electric Projection Screen, so will not blame TigerDirect.ca. The only one issue I had is that while the box was labeled ''Mustang'', the users manual inside had AccuScreens written throughout. I didn't want an AccuScreen, I wanted a Mustang screen. All in all, however, despite the waves, the screen looks very nice! I will be returning it for a replacement, ensureing I get a mustang screen this time.
