The JackHammer series are loaded with features that make them rock. The JH4512-04 12" features rubber surrounds that are stitched directly to the cone for durability and have voice coils that are wound with 428° High Temperature wire to ensure that your JackHammer sub will keep pounding the streets as long as you want them to. It also feature MTX's proprietary Spider Plateau Venting technology which helps push hot air out of the voice coil and bring cool air in, adding to the reliability of the subwoofer and keeping it cool even in the hottest cars. JackHammer series subwoofers also feature the Asymmetrical Linear Drive System that is featured on other MTX subwoofers which combines a flat progressive spider with an extended pole piece to reproduce smooth, linear motion for incredibly crisp, clean sound.
