10-11-2007Great item all the features work as they should, I've had the phone for more than two weeks now and everything is fine.If you intend to travel overseas (and take advantage of the quad band flexibility) or just want a phone that gets it done no matter what (changing SIM cards nationally or internationally), then Motorola SLVR L7i iMode Unlocked GSM Cell Phone is the one. Also the overall experience with Tiger Direct was flawless; I'll definitely be buying more things from them the whole process is pretty simple.

I had the L2 from Fido for a year and fell in love with the super slim form factor, and decided move to the higher end L7. Awesome choice, the phone is every bit what I expected, great screen, sound and the phone software is simple and you can customize just about everything. The only negative is the media player being Java based and not having the ability to minimize and use the phone while you listen to music. Not sure what will happen if a call comes in but, kinda sucks you can't text and listen to tunes at the same time. But otherwise a perfect phone, and I love the blue and new raised keys as well.

The moto slvr l7i is simply the best phone motorola has to offer. i bought it and right away it worked with my AT&T service. kinda sucks that you have to go through them to get internet and txt, pics sending features instaled but other wise it has everytihng...mp3 palyer...sweet games....bluetooth. it dose not work with moto phone tools which sucks but it has a micro sd slot for tons of memory. i got a 2G whcih hold 500 songs. Motorola SLVR L7i iMode Unlocked GSM phone is pretty tuff...i drop it all the time. thanks tiger direct

I bought this phone about two months ago. I was so excited to get it home and load my music to it. However, my excitement was short-lived. I soon found that you have to spend an additional forty or so dollars on the program to be able to use the mp3 player on the phone. Plus in order to be able to use the internet on the unlocked phone you have to get the codes from the carrier you have and after entering them in, the phone still won't pick up certain websites. Also, my phone worked great for about a month until now. The phone will ring and I can't get it to stop. It drops some calls, won't pick up others, won't registered that I had an incoming/missed call. AND it turns off on me at random. I usually have bad luck with electronics so I made sure I took extra good care of this phone. And I've still had problems with it. Needless to say, I'm returning it tomorrow in hopes to get a better phone that works with AT&T.

This is a very good phone and satisfied my number one criteria: small form factor. it comfortable fits into my pants pocket and doesn't feel like a big weight or lump sitting there.feature-wise, this phone is loaded: EDGE (no 3G); stereo bluetooth, voicerecognition, full featured datebook, supports large (up to 2gb currently) micro SD cards, plays vidoes and music.build quality is very good...the keys are little small, but that's what one gets for choosing a thin and narrow phone.performance is very good: voice is clean/clear/loud. with a good carrier, reception is excellent, with a so-so carrier, the reception is mediocre, but no worse that than the typical phone.negatives:- included digital audio player is very lame: doesn't run in the background, doesn't have very good UI or configurability;- included web browser (i get free t-zones with tmobile; can't use operamini) is lame too: huge fonts that can't be changed, etc.overall, i'm quite satisfied with my purch
