I have had no real problems with the phone, my problem is with the windows mobile 5 OS that it runs. The phone itself was a good deal, and reception for talking and surfing works just fine. Battery life is not very good, I am an average user and have to fully recharge mine every night. The bluetooth works well. The phone OS comes up seriously short. I have no idea whats up with Microsoft, I just don't get what their priorities are when developing an OS. Most tasks open in the background (like IE, games, contact list), even after you close them, after awhile it bogs down seriously, Windows 98 style. Nothing is intuitive, some often used features are down right hard to find and get at. They ram MSN everything down your throat and do not give you any easy way to delete it. I have had experience with the Treo and its Palm OS, and while that is losing market share it is a MUCH better smartphone OS. I would NOT recommend any phone running Windows Mobile. Not yet at least.
