Motorola F3 Unlocked GSM Reviews

Motorola F3 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone is the perfect back up phone. a few months ago my sgh-d807 died on me leaving me phoneless for weeks. i saw Motorola F3 Unlocked GSM and decided to give it a try, 40 dollars for a phone w/o a contract? why not. im totally loving it, very reliable and lasts about 5-6 days on one charge. as stated by others there are not many features, just the basic calling/receiving, barebones texting, call records and alarm clock (vibrates at first, then chimes and then increases volume, its great). all in all if you're looking for a basic, cheap phone that will make and receive calls with no problems then this is the phone for you.

This is a great phone if you just need to make and receive phone calls. Which is what a telephone is supposed to do. People who complain about the F3 generally don't want a phone, but some kind of lifestyle-affirmation device instead. The people who think it's a terrible phone also all end up mentioning how great the reception is. Which it is. So if you want a good telephone that doesn't cost a fortune, buy a MotoFone.

I dont like Motorola phones as they are the worst when it comes to quality. Yet this phone I have had since December, and it has never let me down. The battery charges fast and lasts a long time. I would never lose my connection with this phone, I would rate this this phone as a 10 out of 10.

I'll start by saying that I really tried to love this phone; and for the most part I did. The call quality rivaled the land line. The phone has issues, though. These primarily stem from firmware, which I hoped can be upgraded, but there are also several mechanical design flaws; the worst being the SIM card retainer. It does not hold the SIM securely and the phone periodically loses contact with it and forces you to reboot. The phone also never correctly showed voice mails. At first it would show the voice mail symbol although there weren't any, and later would never show anything, even if I did have voice mail. Text messaging is a crutch, but I was OK with that. The answer button intermittently wouldn't work and my ear would ring for hours after I put the phone next to my ear without actually answering the call; and finally, the battery life does not live up to the claim. The reception is superb and the call quality is unmatched, but ultimately, I went back to my old phone.
