I would love to be able to use the motion detection. It would help me to beware if anyone, child, adult, employee, stranger has tempered with my computer. However, I can not get it to work when I want it to work. Once it is on, it is impossible to turn it off unless I shut down. I wish the email videos could be taken and mailed at a higher resolution. Otherwise it is an awesome web cam.

To start, Just look at the brand. The best in my opinion. I've been using Logitech for the longest and still not one complain. The Logitech QuickCam Orbit could be (To my experience) the best WebCam Around and the Sexies. I know is weird to say that the Cam is ''Sexy'', But it is. The Quality with the Manual and Auto Focus is great. And finally the speed and the RightLight Effects that it brings, can top every other WebCam, Including Logitech Cams. You'll be amazed with the ''Follow Me'' Option, Allowing the Cam to Follow you're every move. Well, From a Scale of 1-5, I give it a 10!

Flawless product, extremely high quality. Logitech QuickCam Orbit AF Webcam is great for using over AIM, Skype, or just plain old recording. The 2megapixel to 8megapixel is also a very nice feature along with the auto focusing technology.

Me and my wife bought one of these two days ago. With all the features Logitech QuickCam Orbit AF Webcam little webcam has it's worth the money we paid for it $99.00 was a steal in my book. The face tracking software plus the auto focus just add to the value of this webcam. My wife whom will use it mostly does alot of video chat especially at night with the lights out, this webcam can still work and look good on screen by the light off of the monitor alone. Pros: Though pricy it's worth every penny! The features of this cam make it an ideal cam for in the office or at home on the desk for chatting. Built in mic has better pickup than the headset mic I spent $40.00 for two months ago.Cons: The only problem I've seen with it is the follow me software can jerk the cam around with more than two people in the viewing area.

To be honest I was sad when my old web cam wasn't compatible with my new computer. However when i saw and read this web cams information i was floored. And let me just say it lives up to its reputation. The auto follow can follow multiple ppl, the stand makes it the perfect height, and the avatars are fun to mess around with. All in all i'll give it a perfect score.
