I really like K-World Security Card product. It installed like a breeze to a scratch built system with good memory and HD capabilities. Probably overbuilt the system, but it adapted well. Anyhow, I love the features of the software and the ease of use. The only beef I have is the playback is slow from IE remote. But the live monitoring feature works well on IE remote which is understandable. I would highly recomend K-World Security Card product for the price and ease of use.

The price is a bit much compared to comparable products out there. Also, this DOES NOT have 8 audio channels as advertised!!! I purchased this specifically for the 8 audio channels. Tiger Direct said K-World Security Card was not their problem. No compensation.Also, the included software is ok, but not as intuitive or flexable as I would have hopped.

Purchased this item in September. K-World Security Card was dropped ship from company, so it took about 5 days to come from the company. Package arrived in good shape and the box/contents were all there and in new condition.Installation was easy if you have a basic understanding of installing pci cards on your pc. The users manual has all the information needed on installation and use of the device. However, you will need to read it several times in order to understand the logic of how the software is used.Installed in a Windows 2000 based system and received memory errors when attempting to use the dvr capture software. Machine in question did not meet the specs, since it was a Celeron 1.4 and you will need a P4. Dual booted to XP and it worked like a charm. Good product. Manual could be better. Support is good. I have had one for about a year now and it runs 24/7. Hard drive and machine record in harsh conditions (dust and heat).I built with Intel D865GLC and other suffix boards and using an Intel 478 3ghz dual core, one with extreme edition chip. NO PROBLEMS With 24/7 I had to water cool, but that was well worth the money since the graphics card (processor)can be water cooled too.
