Get the most from your new PC as quickly as possible. iTeam's Desktop and Notebook PC Deployment Service provides for the installation of select third party branded desktop and notebook PCs that run the MS Windows operating system. The service will be performed at your business location by an expert iTeam PC installation service provider. Our installers will: Unpack the desktop or notebook PC Separate all documentation, cables and installation media. Connect PC to pre-existing AC power supply or UPS and neatly dress the cableAttach the cables that you provide from keyboard, mouse, monitor, and network and neatly dress them, when possible. Configure TCP/IP settings. Join new PC to Active Directory, if applicableOnce the installation is completed, we will remove packing materials to an on-site dumpster or other trash receptacle. This service does not apply to Mac desktop and notebook computers.

Unpack all hardware (purchased separately)
Separate all documentation, cables and installation media
Connect PC to pre-existing AC power supply or UPS, neatly dressing cable
Attach customer-provided cables from keyboard, mouse, monitor, & network neatly dressing when possible
Check basic system functionality
Load any necessary drivers
Configure TCP/IP settings
Join Active Directory, if applicable and customer provides necessary login credentials
Verify network connectivity
Does NOT include troubleshooting AD
Does NOT include installation of PDA devices
