The video card was for my gf so she could watch YouTube on her flat screen TV without exchanging with cables at the back of her PC each time. XP detected the card and installed a driver automatically, however I used the 9250 driver on the CDROM because I wanted dual video output. No loss of quality when both TV and PC monitor are connected. Didn't need the Hydra program, and didn't bother to install the ATI Catalyst program since it's so bloated and slow. In all, a great buy. Plus, I ordered it on Wednesday and got it on Monday, and I live all the way in NY! Tiger Direct ships from IL.

Great Card, Ordered Regular Shipping and HIS Radeon 9250 128MB PCI Video Card was here in two days. HIS Radeon 9250 128MB PCI was raining when it was delivered and the UPS man was nice enough to put a plastic bag around it to protect it until i got home. but the card works awesome, great deal especially for the price. 100% reccomend. Installation was a snap and it works perfectly.

I had some older computers that needed a video upgrade. They had onboard video, and they only had PCI slots (that tells you how old they are). These cards installed easily and they performed great. I do not recommend using a PCI video card unless you need to, but these worked for me.
