The Hawking HMPS1U Print Server for Multifunction Printers lets you connect and share your multifunction printer, scanner or USB storage device (USB thumb drive, hard drive etc...) with the computers in your home or office area network. Simply attach your multifunction printer or USB storage device to the Print Server, run the Utility Software and begin sharing your printer or storage device. The HMPS1U is also capable of sharing your USB storage device and USB printer over the internet for remote access and remote printing (FTP server, IPP printing). With the HMPS1U, your printer becomes a fully functional network print station.

Just what the doctor ordered!! Hawking HMPS1U Print Server for MFC Printers unit works great with my Canon MP530 multi-function printer. Now my wife doesn't have to turn my computer on to print a document. Also works great with my laptop. Was surprised the print server was so small. I got it hooked up to my wireless Netgear router with no complications.The quality of printing is the same as before the install. I haven't tryed any of the other features that are listed but I'm going to experiment with them soon.

I got Hawking HMPS1U Print for MFC Printers to install in less than 15 minutes on three computers it had simple installation and the server is small and doesn't take up desk space. This server also WORKS WITH VISTA.

This Print Server works nicely. The software installed quickly and the hardware was just as easy to install. After installing the software in the all machines in the house (hardwired and wireless) I was able able to print with no problem. Very happy with its performance.

Bought this PS to use at my company with an Epson Stylus R1900 colour photo printer. The only trick was I had to enable LPR printing, set the LPR queue name to USB1_LQ (all caps) then enable LPR byte counting under the printer port settings. After that it worked like a charm. Great product!!!

This product works exactly as described....I have a HP 1400 series multifunction printer/scanner. Set up was a breeze with the install CD with 2 laptops on my network. All the features work without any problems. It is finally nice to by a product that isnt overpriced and does what it says it says it's going to do.
