For the ultimate out-of-the-box convenience, the StreetPilot c330 comes preprogrammed with highly detailed MapSource City Select street data. The database features nearly six million points of interest—including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions. (The c320 comes with a 128 MB SD card and a MapSource City Select CD-ROM for data transfer from a PC via a USB connection.)

As an added benefit, you can now import customized points of interest with the help of Garmin's free POI Loader software. The possibilities are endless — upload safety cameras or school zones, and you will receive a warning if you are traveling too fast. In addition, an optional proximity-alert feature notifies you of upcoming custom POIs.

There is a lot Garmin StreetPilot C330 GPS Refurbished GPS cannot do, but really, for the price I'm okay with that. I read a bunch of reviews before purchasing, and it does all I need.Having two speakers is nice, I can hear it over my radio despite how loud my music is... Having the volume dial on the right of the unit is also handier then having to press the screen a bunch of times to turn it down.No, it doesn't have bluetooth, and it does not have Text to Speech. It does have an SD card slot which reads regular and SDHC cards.Garmin has utilities to change the splash screen, and add custom POIs to the unit.Garmin StreetPilot C330 GPS GPS doesn't have bells and whistles, but that's why I bought it. It does everything it needs to do, for a great price.If you can use a web browser, you've got all that's required to get the 2009 maps ;)

Received my GARMIN 330 last week. Called GARMIN and I was informed that they are NOT giving a free map update on it because it is discontinued. Cannot get one shipped to Canada either. Used it in the States yesterday and Garmin StreetPilot C330 GPS Refurbished was losing sattelite signal every 2 minutes and would take up to 5 minutes to re acquire. This unit is NOT something I would recommend. Returned it today to TIGERDIRECT and am waiting for my TOMTOM from them.

For the price, it's great!Got the new maps and it works well, but it doesn't always pick the best routes.For instance, I have avoidances turned on (traffic and unpaved roads) and it seems to think some paved roads (have been for years) are not paved and will try to make me go far out of my way to avoid these roads. Also, it has no idea one country paved road here has three four-way stops along the along the way, and will try to get me to go that way instead of the way I do take that has a little more traffic (not much at all), and has no stops.Maps appear to be based on Mapquest (not great for Canada). Before I upgraded the maps to current, there was a gross error in the map that I'd seen long ago on Mapquest. After having seen the error on Mapquest years ago, I wrote them an email to tell them, and then refused to use Mapquest again. Back then, I switched to Mapblast instead. Now I'm wondering why Garmin would choose Mapquest for their maps.

The Map coverage for Vermont and New Hampshire are a joke and this is a discontinued model so good luck with Garmin Tech Support. Also if you want to update the maps prepare to pay and additional $70 This unit is too basic

I bought this product about a week ago. Garmin StreetPilot C330 GPS was really simple to use, but when I went to update the maps (and they haven't been updated for 3 years)...it said that I would have to pay $69.99 to purchase the new updated maps. That's almost as much as the GPS itself! I called Garmin because I had heard that some people could get the upgrade for free. They told me this model was being discontinued and would not receive the upgrade for free. My suggestion is to buy a newer Garmin that comes with a free map update because my Garmin did not recognize a lot of locations.
