I have had nothing but trouble with Diamond XtremeTV PVR560 w/RC card. The snapstream, beyond TV SW that came with it crashed XP. I had to switch to XP to even get it to work and then the sound is distorted. Support for XP has been of no help to Diamond XtremeTV PVR560 w/RC point. Worst PC product I have ever bought!
