The WCS-2040 provides advanced camera features combining a 10x optical zoom lens with up to 10x digital zooming that allows for a total of 100x zooming capability to identify object details. This feature-rich camera allows for a pan and tilt control from remote locations. The pan range is up to 270-degrees while the tilt range is up to 90-degrees. In addition, the 0.05Lux low light sensitivity of lens enables this camera to capture clear image even in near total darkness.

High-Quality Video and Two-way Audio
The WCS-2040 contains an excellent CCD sensor that records ideal images up to 704 x 480 pixels. This device combines high quality live images with sound provided by a built-in microphone to generate streaming video in MPEG-4 (Simple Profile) or Motion-JPEG format. With its built-inmicrophone, the two-way audio feature provides voice communications during an emergency.

Versatile Features
The Auto Pan function allows the user to define individual camera automatic panning movements thus providing the capability to survey the widest range of targets while the Patrol mode enable this camera to preset up to 20 spots for sequential auto-monitoring. The motion detection feature provides operational flexibility to record only when there is motion thus saving recording storage.
