If you are adding Belkin F5D8071 Express Card Wireless Network Adapt to your laptop to connect to an exhisting N router do not bother as Belkin F5D8071 Express Card Wireless Network Adapt will be a waste of money. I have a linksys router and only connect at 54mbps. Signal is poor 3 feet away from router only has 3 bars. Belkin F5D8071 Express Card Wireless Network Adapt will not connect to my network if I set router to N only. If you want to upgrade to N make sure you buy a matching set (Router and card) both should be from the same company as since it is draft, and not standard, they may use different ways to achieve the speed. Was a waste of $99.00. I called to order it, the agent told me Belkin F5D8071 Express Card Wireless Network Adapt was 30 day return/exchange. Thats not the case is exchange only. Guess Tigerdirect agents tell you anything to get you to buy from them
