bought Belkin F5D7010 PCMCIA Wireless Network Adapter because I was told Belkin F5D7010 PCMCIA Wireless Network Adapter was based on the ralink chipset, which is much better than the broadcom that it actually is. completely useless outside of wind-blows. Broadcom is an evil corporation that will not release docs on their products

Despite what is posted here....THERE ARE NOWINDOW 98 drivers for Belkin F5D7010 PCMCIA Wireless Network Adapter card per Belkin.

Works fine, but the range is very weak compared to our other cards. Usually have to be with in 30 feet of the source. I bought Belkin because I have had good reliability in the past with their other products.

Just could not get the card to work with the 2wire Gateway Router, Dell Smartstep Laptop with XP Pro OS. Tech support @ both Belkin AND 2wire tried everything possible for 2 hrs. Getting a 2Wire card now.
