I've had this monitor since 03/07 which I bought from Tiger Direct for $186.00 to the door. The only problem that I have had is a stuck pixel and all I did was very carefuly touch it and that fixed it for awhile every now and again Acer 19" 5ms DVI LCD Monitor will do it again but no big problem since it is really only noticeable on a dark screen. I would recomend this monitor for all first time lcd buyers or if you want to upgrade your old monitor. The graphics are good in games like Doom 3, Prey, Quake 4 and Crysis just to name a few. Video quality on dvd movies is also good. Just to let you know this was the first lcd monitor that I bought and would do it all over again if I had too. A Great Big 'ol Thanks To All at Tiger Direct and Acer!!!
